Conditions for Returns
  1. Item is not worn outside of the house
  2. Item is in its original new condition
  3. Item is not washed
  4. Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
  5. Item is mailed within  15 days from the date of purchase.
  6. Refund or exchange is not applicable on discounted items.

If your return does not meet the above. Tell us which of the conditions which are not met and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our refund criteria, we res Conditions for Returns we reserve the option not to refund the item. 

Our Conditions for Returns products have been exclusively designed and manufactured by our in house Production and Design Department. We take great work and love in ensuring that the quality of our clothing is of the highest standard as NASFIR bly believes that you deserve to have best. 

When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then you can try and ask a friend or family member and when you are completely sure and happy the you can wear it outside and wash it . Unwanted items should be returned in the same condition and packaging that they were purchased in. 

In order to avoid returns, please check your size carefully Conditions for Returns using our size chart, which explains how to measure yourself and what the correct size is for your general body measurements and for each particular garment. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 15 days of the date of purchase. The cost of returning the unwanted item is paid by the customer. 


Refunds
Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will happily comply with your request provided you meet the return criteria listed above.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. in case of card payment debit or credit and in case of COD cash on delivery the refund will be done thru paytm

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% to compensate NASFIR for the service tax, shipping, item handling and inventory changes paid on your shipment. However, if you opt for exchange credit, you will not be charged a restocking fee but the shipping charges of the exchanged item.


Cancellation of Order
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the Original Mode of Payment used by the customer. Please follow our Returns Process and allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be complete. 


Store Credits
If you want to make an even exchange for size or color, you can opt for our store credit voucher. If you choose this benefits include:

  • No restocking fee.

  • There is no restocking fee when you opt for store credit. Restocking fee is only charged on refunds.


  • Your price is guaranteed.

  • In the event your purchase was made during a sale, or the price increases after a restock, you are still eligible to purchase your exchange item (for even exchanges only) for the price you paid at the time of the original purchase.


  • NASFIR store credit vouchers do not expire.

  • Our store credit vouchers do not have an expiration date and therefore do not expire. You can hold them indefinitely and use them at your own convenience.



Exchanges
To exchange an item you purchased, simply complete the returns process. After completing the returns process, you will receive a store credit by email which you can then use as payment for any item you select from the online store.
